Pete and the guys are still trying to get Miss Ritchie’s house in Dunwoody done, but the house’s problems keep getting worse. The floor is rotten and the walls are plywood and Pete is going mad.

This is Part 3 of the Dunwoody Diaries. Unless there are new developments, this will be the last installment of the Dunwoody Diaries.

Thirty minutes away in Fairburn, Ga, George and John survey the huge piece of land George won at an auction. It’s a great deal, but now they have to deal with a great big jungle growing on what used to be a golf course. Will they be able to reclaim it? And can John play a round under par?
